Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Tiflis handles information in the current preview: the website at tiflis.cloud, the Tiflis app for iPhone and the Tiflis desktop app. Tiflis is operated by Roman Barinov, an individual developer (“we”, “us”). The preview is a single informational screen. It has no accounts, no sign-in and no online features.

In short

We do not collect, sell or share personal data through the preview. There are no accounts, no cookies, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking.

Website (tiflis.cloud)

• Hosting. The website is a static site hosted by Vercel Inc. Like any web host, Vercel processes technical request data, such as your IP address, browser user agent, the page requested and the time of the request, to deliver the pages and to keep the service secure, and may keep it for a short time in server logs. We do not use this data to identify or profile you. See Vercel’s privacy policy.
• Your preferences. The theme and language you pick are saved in your browser’s local storage on your device (keys tiflis-theme and tiflis-lang). They are never sent to us. You can remove them by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
• No cookies, analytics or third parties. The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising scripts and loads nothing from other services. Its fonts are served from tiflis.cloud itself.

iPhone app

• The app makes no network connections. Its Privacy Policy and Terms of Use links open these pages in your web browser. Your theme and language are stored on your device in the app’s own settings and are deleted with the app. Nothing else is stored, and nothing is sent to us or to anyone else.
• The app does not track you and collects no data (“Data Not Collected” in App Store privacy terms).
• If you have chosen in your device settings to share analytics with app developers, Apple may give us crash reports and aggregated usage statistics under Apple’s own privacy policy. We use them only to fix problems.

Desktop app

• The app works offline. It shows a copy of the Tiflis page bundled inside the app, blocks every request to the internet and does not open external links.
• Your theme and language are stored in the app’s profile folder on your computer, together with a short log of app events (such as start and quit) that is overwritten on every launch. None of it leaves your computer.

Email

If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message, through our email provider (Google Workspace). We use it only to reply to you and delete it when it is no longer needed.

Children

The preview is not directed at children under 13, or under the minimum age for digital services in your country. It collects no personal data from anyone, children included.

Your rights

Because the preview does not collect personal data, we normally hold nothing about you. If you have emailed us, you can ask us to access, correct or delete that correspondence at any time. You may also complain to the data protection authority where you live.

Changes

This policy covers the current preview only. Before accounts or any online features launch, we will update it and publish the new version on this page with a new effective date.
